We love our queso, but typically we use Velveeta cheese. I found this recipe on Pinterest and just had to try it.
The main ingredient is cream cheese.

Well, while it was good, we will be going back to our old stand-by recipe with Velveeta. The name of this recipe indicates that the dip would be spicy, but it wasn't. I spiced it up a bit more by adding Hot Rotel instead of the regular stuff.
