Holy Moly! I am just going to say that the Shred is a pretty difficult workout. Well, it was for me. I am so out of shape it isn't funny! And I am going to be so sore tomorrow! I am not really looking forward to that, nor am I looking forward to trying to workout again tomorrow while I am so sore.
I counted my calories. My Lose It app calculated that I could eat 1458 calories a day and lose 1 pound a week. That isn't including working out, so hopefully I can lose my unwanted weight sooner. We will see.
